About the Role

Cityart Aluminium Works has been a trusted manufacturer of custom aluminium nameplates and industrial printing for over 50 years. We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Factory Manager (Technical) to work directly with management — overseeing machinery, inventory, and production costs, and growing into a future Factory Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain factory machinery (laser cutting, UV printing, CNC, silk screen) — preventive maintenance schedules, on-site troubleshooting, and coordination with overseas suppliers in English (chat, email, video calls)

• Control and verify raw material, spare parts, and consumables inventory; develop purchasing plans

• Follow up production across departments with team leaders to ensure on-time delivery

• Analyze production cost and maintenance expense reports for management

• Evaluate new machinery investments — compare specifications, calculate return on investment, and occasionally travel abroad with management to visit manufacturers

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

• Good English communication skills — able to handle email, chat, and video calls with overseas suppliers (English conversation test included in interview)

• Hands-on technical background; comfortable working with machines and basic tools

• Proficient in Excel; able to analyze data and prepare reports

• Minimum 2 years of factory experience

• Able to travel abroad occasionally

• Salary 25,000–32,000 THB (based on experience and English proficiency)
