Printing Technologies

Ink is jetted directly onto the surface and cured instantly under LED-UV light, enabling photographic-quality imagery on any of our materials. No plates required — works for any volume from a single piece to large batches. Inks are GREENGUARD Gold certified, the same low-emission standard accepted in schools and healthcare environments. For very high volumes, silk screen may run faster.

A specialised silk screen process where ink is printed into the anodised aluminium layer and sealed under it — making the print resistant to scratches, chemicals, and extreme weather, with industrial-grade durability. Available in 23 base colours with minor adjustments possible, in matte (most thicknesses) or gloss finish (0.5 mm only). Warm colours (red, orange, yellow) have lower pigment density and may fade faster than other colours under prolonged outdoor sunlight.

A laser alters the surface material directly without ink — producing marks that cannot fade, peel, or be removed. Compatible with aluminium, stainless steel, and anodised surfaces. Suitable for both identification (serial numbers, QR codes) and decorative applications (logos, images). Limited to monochrome marking — colours come from the underlying material, not the laser.

We combine silk screen and UV digital printing on the same piece — screen for solid, opaque spot colours that have to be exact, and UV digital for gradients, photographic imagery, and fine detail. You get the colour strength and durability of screen printing where it matters, with the flexibility of digital everywhere else.

Beyond standard colour, we print metallic inks in gold and silver for a premium look, and fluorescent inks where a design needs to stand out. Both can be combined with any of our other printing methods on the same piece.
